Turnkey Project Management
At Industrial Kinetics, we rely on personal interaction between ourselves and our customers to ensure the best product and system solution be provided in the end. From the start of any project, our project managers keep in constant contact with the customer, as well as our engineering department and manufacturing group, along every step of the process. From the start of system and equipment design, to the ordering of parts, and through to manufacturing and assembly, the customer will be comfortable having personal attention and sharing feedback throughout the duration of the project.
After approval drawings are submitted and accepted, the customer can count on receiving photo documentation of their equipment in the manufacturing process. We also extend invitation to our customers to see our facility, and witness our factory run-off when the equipment is ready to ship.
The next step of Industrial Kinetics fulfilling our turn-key project needs is to provide installation services. Our project managers will be on-site, working with our trusted installation teams to ensure everything goes smoothly, to help troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical bugs, and to see to it that the customer gets exactly what is expected of Industrial Kinetics. Our dedicated project managers make turn-key projects both transparent and easy for the customer.
