Turning Cross Conveyor
Industrial Kinetics turning cross is commonly used to reorient a load on a conveyor by picking it up and rotating it 90, 180, 270, or 360 degrees. Standard units are designed for a 3,000 pound load capacity.
Common applications include:
- Assembly Operations
- Any operation that requires reorientation for automated equipment or manual interface.
This equipment lifts and rotates loads above the included conveyor. Lift is accomplished via an air cylinder actuated lift mechanism. Rotation is accomplished by air cylinder in 90 degree reciprocating operations and by inverter duty motor on applications that require non-reciprocating or rotation more than 90 degrees.
