The Risks of Inefficient Vehicle Assembly Conveyors

Inefficient conveyance in a Tier 1 environment shows up quickly in throughput, labor, and quality. When access at the station is restricted or the flow path forces awkward movement, operators lose time at every step: reaching, repositioning tools, waiting for clearance, or working around crowded handoffs.
