At Industrial Kinetics, we make sure every piece of equipment meets our professional standards before anything leaves our facility through factory & material handling acceptance testing. We want our equipment to meet your standards as well. At the completion of any project, we extend an invitation to the customer to come and participate in a portion of our own factory run-off of equipment.


On much larger systems, we may not set up and prove our controls program in house, but we can run each section individually mechanically, and under special conditions can demonstrate a simulated system using the PLC program.


For unique products or applications, we will request a sample of your product to ensure our equipment and sensors respond properly to the materials used. This allows us to catch any weight distribution tendencies the product may have, as well as account for potential surface irregularities if applicable. Factory acceptance testing can dictate the type of equipment used on the project, and we want to provide you the right solution for your facility.
